We have developed the answer - the CTS InstantBackup system combines the huge capacity on-site storage unit with a detachable unit that can easily be carried off-site. Coupled with our own highly successful InstantBackup software which automatically creates industry recommended ‘grandfather, father, son’ triple backups as well as enabling the user to create a separate ‘on demand’ backup whenever required.

The hardware incorporates the latest RAID technology with four hot-swappable drives in a single small unit and a separate removable drive for off-site use. So even if one drive fails no data is lost. Standard backups are fully automatic at times convenient to the user - we simply set it and forget it and if something goes wrong the system automatically emails designated staff (even us if you have a support contract) so that the situation can be rectified quickly and efficiently.
